Welcome! I’m Meli a yoga therapist and yoga teacher based in South West London, guiding people to reconnect with their body, mind, and breath. I teach Vinyasa Flow, Rocket, Yin, Mandala, and Power Yoga, weaving in breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to create practices that feel grounding, energising, and accessible.
Yoga therapy offers a personalised, holistic approach to wellbeing. Using postures, breathwork, and mindful awareness tailored to each person’s needs, it supports physical, mental, and emotional health. I work with a diverse range of clients whether you’re hoping to build strength, improve mobility, enhance focus, release stress, or simply feel more balanced in daily life.
Sessions are available one-to-one, in small groups, and in community settings, ensuring that yoga and yoga therapy remain accessible, inclusive, and supportive for everyone.

Meditation, breath and movement
In a meditation session with me, you can expect a gentle and supportive space where you’re guided back to your breath, your body, and your natural sense of ease. I weave together mindful awareness, somatic exploration, simple breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you settle into yourself with curiosity and kindness. Whether we sit, lie down, or move intuitively, each session is tailored to meet you where you are, inviting grounding, clarity, and a deeper connection to your inner landscape.
